Schlegel Caplan Parking Directions
The Premiere Trade Plaza is actually two towers which are not connected, except in the parking garage. Our offices are located in the North Tower, at the corner of Orange Avenue and Pine Street. Parking for our office is provided in the residential condo tower located directly behind our building. You may enter the parking garage by turning from either Pine Street or Church Street. Look for the "Public Parking” sign.
The quickest entrance to our offices are on north west corner of the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Follow signs pointing to the Elevators. Be careful not to make the first left turn which will put you on to the 4th floor. Continue left, following the parking path to the north west corner of the garage to the elevators. Take the elevator to the 8th floor. Schlegel Caplan suite number is 880.
Parking is also available in the Public Parking garage located on Pine Street, just over a block from our building between Magnolia Avenue and Rosalind Avenue.
