Scott’s 10+ years of experience enable him to fully analyze a case, providing all options to a client before final decisions are made.  Whether it is carefully and strategically negotiating a complete and fair settlement on his clients' behalf or deciding to go to trial, Scott always keeps the best interests of his clients in mind.  Scott's careful case preparation and thorough discovery often yields successful outcomes at mediation.  When the best interests of a client are served by initiating a trial, Scott engages the services of skilled forensic specialists to insure favorable results. In high conflict cases, Scott is able to analyze and thoroughly question experts on complex financial matters as well as counsel clients on the financial impact of their decisions. Scott’s experience with the appellate process also allows him to recognize when a trial court has committed error, requiring an appeal following an improper ruling.

In family law, Scott sees his role as providing strength and knowledge to a client’s lifestyle transition. Whether it is divorce, child custody, prenuptial settings or domestic partner entitlements, Scott keeps his team focused on obtaining all of the critical data necessary to make the transition a success.

In real estate, Scott provides sound and comprehensive advice to commercial and residential real estate closings. Scott represents buyers, sellers and title companies in escrow deposit disputes and breach of contract actions. Scott represents individuals in real estate closings, foreclosure proceedings and partition actions. Scott also represents developers and general contractors at contract formation and in breach of contract actions over such contracts.

In the corporate arena, Scott’s educational background in finance and experience in business gives his corporate clients an advantage in today’s competitive business climate. Scott has successfully brokered business transactions, restaurant sales and has advsed corporate entities in the sale of stock.
